Hands down the Smoke thermometer is our favorite dual probe leave in thermometer. It beats out our old favorite the Maverick Et-732, which is still a great thermometer, because Smoke is better built and much easier to program. Smoke’s Pro-Series probes are higher in durability and some of them can read a temp in as little as 2 seconds. Smoke also has a wifi module coming out in Spring 2017 that will allow you to communicate with Smoke using your mobile device. It’s an all-star thermometer.
